Realtor loses her job due to her racism in supporting Trumps deportation policies at a Mexican Restaurant!!!

 


In early March 2025, Stephanie Lovins, a seasoned real estate agent from Columbus, Ohio, faced widespread condemnation and job termination after leaving a racist remark on a restaurant receipt. While dining at Cazuelas Mexican Cantina, Lovins wrote "Zero. You suck" in the tip section and added "I hope Trump deports you!!!" on the signature line, targeting her waiter, Ricardo, a U.S. citizen of Latino heritage.

The incident gained rapid attention when a restaurant employee shared a photo of the receipt on social media, sparking public outrage. Lovins initially claimed her credit card had been stolen, but CCTV footage confirmed her presence at the restaurant during the incident.

In response, Century 21, Lovins' employer, conducted an internal investigation and promptly terminated her employment, stating, "Hate has no place within the Century 21 brand."

The restaurant expressed its commitment to respect and tolerance, emphasizing that such behavior is unacceptable. Support for Ricardo poured in from the community, leading to a GoFundMe campaign that raised over $8,800 to compensate for the denied tip and show solidarity.

This incident highlights ongoing societal tensions and the consequences of discriminatory actions, underscoring the importance of respect and accountability in professional and personal conduct.
